Our project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the project from the initial ideation through to completion. We coordinate the people and processes to deliver your project on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes for all involved.
SSBG Design will carry out the architectural design and documentation for your project if required.
Our construction manager is responsible for overseeing building and construction projects from the early planning stages, right through to the implementation and final result. He will coordinate the schedule, all subcontractors, estimate project costs, report progress and ensure safety codes are being met.
One person overseeing and driving the whole project from the initial concept design right through to the building completion.

SSBG is responsible for the design, the design development, the documentation and the construction of the project for an agreed amount before any works begin.

Taz as he is better known began his journey as an assistant site supervisor for a family owned commercial builder in the northern suburbs at the age 18. This invaluable experience fueled his desire to forge a career in the building & construction industry. During this period he embarked on civil engineering / survey & mapping education and a diploma in building construction to further his knowledge which led to him becoming a registered builder just before the recession in the 80’s.
This uncertain future proved difficult so Taz elected to further his knowledge in the construction industry by taking a role in the steel reinforcing industry for Smorgon ARC in various roles from estimator / detailer through to sales management. This allowed Taz to understand the importance of the structural elements to a building not to mention customer service & communication and forged invaluable relationships with some of the largest building companies in the country.
Witnessing first hand at the lack of importance builders faced on structural integrity he decided he needed to make a difference so he entered into the timber truss manufacturing business and spent over 10 years educating builders on the importance of structural integrity through design & install of structural timber components in the building sector.
Once he achieved this goal he then made the decision to re enter the building market as a building practitioner and to this date has created a successful business due to his drive in creating spaces with structural integrity, distinction & customer service that would leave a lasting impression upon all involved.
